From what I have learned from this book, I will always be trying to do things right no matter the ridicule. I will always be investigative especially when I suspect something fishy around my area of operation. In addition, I will ensure that I strengthen my personality because I have realized that it defines the person I am. Lastly, from the author’s courage to share her experience, I feel stirred to share my lessons and experience with the less experienced. The third step involves identification of rhetorical strategies used to appeal the audience accept the author views. One common appeal is the aristotean appeal which groups the author's concept to either Ethos Logos or Pathos. Ethos appeals refer to the character and confidence of the writer as well as his credibility. Pathos refers to the emotional appeals, use of repetition and description while logos refer to the use of definitions, laws, statistics and comparisons to conv ince the audience.
